At present our production capacity is 550 TPD .
Under our current expansion plans we aim to increase it upto 1135 TPD by January 2011.
At present we have 5 paper machines which are equipped with seven layer mould sections, MG cylinders, size press, 3 units of coaters and gloss calenders, two cast coating systems and one creping machine.
Our pulping is based on waste paper recycling on De-inking systems imported from Lamort , Germany .
Sept 2008 : First machine will be commissioned & will increase our production by 250 TPD.
Jan 2009 : Second machine will be commissioned & will increase our production by 300 TPD.
April 2009 : Setup of a new high quality duplex liner of capacity 325 TPD.
From our current production, 30% is sold in the International markets. We aim to maintain this percentage even after increasing our production.
Our total power generation capacity is 15 MW (20MW to be increased by March, 2011).
Dec. 2010:
- Installed Brick manufacturing plant - manufacturing bricks out of fly ash.
- Installed plastic sheet manufacturing plant - manufacturing plastic sheet out of plastic waste.
